Heckler's Grove is a private on-line service provided opened to the public for your enjoyment and entertainment. This is a not-for-profit site, therefore no income is generated by the owner of the site and domain. While visiting Heckler's Grove, you hereby agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions of use:
This service is provided to you subject to these terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time. You the user, by accessing the various services, message boards, email lists, etc., agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed at http://www.hecklersgrove.com/tac.shtml at the time you use the service.
When registering for email or message board service, you agree that all information provided will be true, accurate, current and complete. It is the users responsibility to keep this information updated to maintain its accuracy and completeness.

Heckler's Grove will - at the request of any concerned party or on it's own - remove any questionable material and/or report any misconduct to the proper authorities.

You agree that you will not post any personal information about any other board member, player, coach or any other person in a libelous or derogatory manor.
You agree that you are using this service at your own risk, and hold the owners of Heckler's Grove harmless for any actions.
You agree that Heckler's Grove may - at it's sole discretion - terminate any services to you at any time.
You agree that laws of the State of Ohio will govern any legal issues which may arise from the use of this site.
